| This is "DA BOMB" - NO NEED for a pricey high chair! | 2010-09-07 | 5 / 5 |
| | Love, love, love it! I have been using my FP Healty Care Booster Seat for about 1 1/2 years now...daughter just turned 2. Got this for my second child particularly because I LOVED the idea of being able to easily wipe it clean. It works great! Easy to clean, easy to use. I used a very expensive high chair for my first child and it was very hard to keep clean and a pain to use. Was a bit skeptical that I would be able to use the FP booster through toddlerhood but it's worked out great. Also love that I can slap it on one of my regular chairs at my table...no need for a bulky high chair to take up all that space. Can't beat the price of the FP Healthy Care Booster either! |
| Good but not great | 2010-09-06 | 4 / 5 |
| | I purchased this booster seat after reading some of the reviews on . I was excited to use it at grandma's house and also potentially out at restaurants. It's been used for two mealtimes, and here are my initial impressions. My 10-month-old seemed to like sitting in it at first. He especially liked being up near the table while the rest of the family enjoyed their dinner. However, within 5 minutes, he pulled off the removeable tray and threw it to the floor. Luckily the bottom tray is attached in such a way that he can't remove it (at least not yet). It seems that the tray cover and removeable tray are unnecessary (and too easy to remove), but luckily the bottom tray is also easy to clean. I'll probably just end up removing the tray and the cover before mealtimes. During the second feeding, he was not as excited about sitting here and started flinging his head back into the chair behind him. This banging of his head, of course, made him even less happy and an unfortunate tearful cycle ensued. Luckily we had a little camping pillow (looks like a lumbar support pillow) that we put between the back of the booster seat and the back of the chair. That seemed to work pretty well although it wasn't secured in any way, so we had to put it back into place a couple of times. All in all, I can see why this booster seat is not a substitute for a regular high-chair to day-to-day use, but I do think it serves the purpose of providing a seat for the baby at homes or restaurants where he otherwise wouldn't have a suitable or safe place to sit. |
| Too small for a toddler | 2010-09-03 | 2 / 5 |
| | I purchased this for my almost 2 year old granddaughter's visit, and immediately sent it back. The tray was too small even for her child size plate, and the item overall was undersized -- maybe good for a child much much younger. Would not recommend. |
| LOVE this seat! | 2010-08-30 | 5 / 5 |
| | We have had such good luck with this seat. We started using it when my son was about 5 months old, and we love it, and he seems to love it too. We take it to restaurants and use it instead of using a highchair. Even with the highchair covers, I am still grossed out by the germs! With this seat, your little one is contained in his own germs :) It it also very easy to clean.. I would highly recommend this product to anyone! I think it can even be used by toddlers as a booster, so definitely worth the small investment. |
| Don't think, JUST BUY IT!!!! It's AWESOME | 2010-08-29 | 5 / 5 |
| My 6 month old baby would'nt sit in one position, if on the chair, she will try to turn. It was a major prob for me to feed her anythin bcoz of no stable position in any of the things i used to place her on. I went by the revies of this booster and bought it. It's simply great, it has become my live saver as I can place her on this chair and forget about her safety. She is nicely buckled up, has things to play with on her tray...so now i can take a breather and do my chores.
I got the red n white seat as itwas for just $23 also something diff. I love the colour too. Best part is that U can take it around, where ever u want...
Earlier, we were considering a high chair, but this is soo much better. I prefer this to a high chair. I can sit comfortably and feed her. We also place her booster seat on our chairs and take it outside. She enjoys it.
I love it.I love it..and I simply love it.
Go for it.... |
