ETERNALITE 3 LED NIGHT LIGHT - Round LED night light with 3 LEDs ~ Auto sensor-on at dark/ off at dawn ~ 100 000 hour super long life ~ Saves energy
| stays on during the day - disappointed | 2010-01-31 | 2 / 5 |

| This isn't as bright as I want, (trying to light a kitchen to a bathroom), and although the kitchen is not "super bright" during the day, it shouldn't make this thing stay on. If the sensor is that crappy, they should put a timer on this thing or something. I'm disappointed. |
| perfectly dim night light | 2009-09-10 | 5 / 5 |

This light is dim, which is exactly what I wanted. It doesn't disturb me from across a large room while I sleep yet is bright enough that I can make my way through the room with relative ease AFTER my eyes have adjusted for a minute to the dark. To me, that is exactly what a night light should be.
I recently tried it in the bathroom and found it to be perfect for that setting as well. It wasn't so bright that my eyes would adjust in the middle of the night (important so I can fall asleep again quickly) but bright enough that I have no trouble navigating. I even took a shower with only this light on when I had a migraine and had no trouble seeing after my eyes adjusted.
I almost removed one star for the crappy sensor; the light is basically on 24 hours a day unless it is a bright light. Since it takes almost no energy (probably of less cost over 10 years than the cost saved from an improved sensor), this really isn't a bother.
Cost of light + energy for 10 years: about five bucks + about two-fifty. I love this light and intend to buy one more (when restocks so I can again get free shipping). |
| They flicker annoyngly and give no light | 2009-08-30 | 1 / 5 |

| I gave it a "1" because it is not possible to give it a "0." It is a horrible contraption that gives almost no light and what little light there is is obscured by the frosted glass. It also flickers annoyingly simulating in the user an epilepsy attack. |
| Bright LED, but sensor not so hot. | 2009-06-17 | 3 / 5 |

| I bought these because I saw these at my sister's house. Unfortunately, these seem to go on when there is low light, rather than when it is dark. Not as expected. |
| Looks pretty, but not functional | 2009-06-06 | 2 / 5 |

Good:
- The light looks very pretty and blends in well with its smooth lines.
Bad:
- The light is not very bright, especially compared to other 4 x LED lights that are much brighter.
- The light is overly sensitive for darkness and only switches off when the light shining on the sensor is very bright. I tried placing the light in several rooms and it always stayed on during the day or when the lights were on. Unless the sun is shining directly into the room, or the room lights directly shine on the light sensor, this light ever turns off. |
